Fire-resistant Plastic Insulated Cables
一、标准
耐火电缆的机械性能和电气性能符合同类电压等级的国家标准或行业标准，如GB/T12706、GB9330、GB5023和JB8734，阻燃性能符合GB/T19666-2005或IEC60332-3,耐火特性符合GB/T或IEC60331。
产品适用于对防火有特殊要求的场合，如地铁、电站、医院、高层建筑以及各种娱乐场所等。
Standards
The fire-resistant cable electrical and mechanical properties comply with the national or industrial standards like GB12706, GB9330, GB5023 or JB8734 for the same rated voltage cable. The flame resistant property is accord with GB/T19666-2005 or IEC60332-3. The fire resistant property is accord with GB/T or IEC60331.
The cable is suitable for places where special fire-resistant requirement is need, such as subways, power plants, hospitals, high buildings and all sorts of amusement sites.

四、规格 Specification
芯数：(1～61)芯
截面：(1.5～630)mm
Number of cores: 1 to 61
Nominal cross-sectional area: 1.5 to 630mm2.
五、 耐火特性
电缆的耐火特性按GB/T或IEC60331标准进行试验。
ZB：火焰温度(750～800℃)，供火时间90分钟；
ZA：火焰温度(950～1000℃)，供火时间90分钟；
试验结果：在额定电压作用下90分钟内部3A熔丝不熔断。
Fire-resistant property
The cable fire-resistant property is tested according to GB/T or IEC60331.
ZB: temperature of flame is 750℃ to 800℃,time of supply fire is 90 minutes;
ZA: temperature of flame is 950℃ to 1000℃,time of supply fire is 90 minutes;
Test result: 3A fuse must not be fused in 90 minutes at rated voltage.
六、使用特性
1、最高额定温度
交联聚乙烯绝缘：
长期运行温度90℃，短路时(最长持续时间布超过5秒钟)，电缆的最高温度250℃。
聚氯乙烯绝缘：
长期运行温度70℃，短路时(最长持续时间布超过5秒钟)，电缆的最高温度160℃。
Operation characteristic
XLPE insulated cable:
The maximum operating temperature of cores shall not exceed 90℃ when the cable is used for long period. The temperature of cores shall not exceed 250℃ at a short circuit (The max. duration dose not exceed 5 seconds).
PVC insulated cable:
The maximum operating temperature of cores shall not exceed 70℃ when the cable is used for long period. The temperature of cores shall not exceed 160℃ at a short circuit (The max. duration dose not exceed 5 seconds).
2、安装要求：
敷设时环境温度不低于0℃。电缆的允许最小弯曲半径为10倍电缆外径。
The installation circumstance temperature shall not be below 0℃. The bending radius shall not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable.
